The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.

SASSA will probably be rendering services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency reported it truly is alarmed with regard to the substantial number of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The purpose of the website Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to sassa your high number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no absolutely functional office focused on service the area regularly. The company stage made for intervention ordeals a superior inflow of probable beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for your office to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more resources to permit the servicing of all customers and improve access to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
